1. Manufacturer and Custom AQ Vendor Setup

   1. Under INV>INV Special Functions>INV Definitions, there is a Manufacturer tab, where you can create your Manufactuers.

      You can also set a TRX MFG for Custom AQ Vendors. When you import a Project the Custom Vendor, it will show up under the AQ Custom Vendor Cross Reference section.

2. AQ Cross Reference - Project Setup

   1. Under PJA>PJA Special Functions>AQ Setup, there is a Manufacturers tab, where you set which TRX Vendor is associated with the Manufactuer.

3. Item Manufacturer Setup

   1. Under INV>Enter/Change Items, you will need to make sure your items are setup with the correct Manufacturer and Vendor to Sync with AQ. Under the general tab, you will set the Manufacturer.

4. Item Vendor Setup

   1. Under the Vendor tab, you will need to have the Vendor from the cross reference here for it to Sync. You can have more Vendors than that, but you need to have the cross-reference Vendor for the AQ sync to work.

5. Completed Setup

   1. When everything is set properly, the AQ Sync should work without issue. If you set this and still have issues, there are a few tools to help fix.
