Reconciling Credit Cards

The credit card reconciliation screen is setup to look a lot like your credit card statement. Upon receiving a statement you will open the screen and do an F9 search for it in the credit card field for the account you will be reconciling. The stored data in TRX will populate the fields.

If you have missed some transactions you can press the enter purchases icon to be taken to the enter purchases screen.
If some transactions are not for this card leave them unchecked and correct them later.

The available credit limit will show you your credit utilization. The credit limit can be altered in the credit card setup screen.
