Overview

This screen replaces AQ Sync Inventory Update Procedure for updating/managing your AQ Items. This requires the Manufacturers are loaded and setup under Manufacturers Setup(AQ API).

Field Rundown

  • Sort - This dropdown will allow you to select which order the manufacturers are sorted in

  • Mfrs in need of catalog updates - If box is checked, it will only display mfrs with updates. Defaults to checked if that number is > 0

  • Manufacturer - The name of the manufacturer in AQLatest Price Date - The latest date that an item had a Price update. Use the white field to search

  • Pricing Last Updated - This is the date that AQ said the Mfr last had a price increase

  • Download - This button downloads the latest information from the Manufacturer. This would update the Latest Price Date

  • Last Download Date - The last time the “Downloads” button was runproduct catalog was completely downloaded

  • Add - This button pulls up the Add screen, allowing you to select AQ items to add from the Manufacturer

    • Previously found under INV>AQ Interface>AQ Add Inventory

  • Available To Add - Number of items for the Manufacturer that could still be added

  • Sync - This button brings up the Item update screen

    • Previously found by clicking “Items” on INV>AQ Interface>AQ Sync Inventory

  • Available To Sync - The number of items from this manufacturer that you have in TRX

  • Last Sync Date - The last time you hit the Sync button and ran the update

  • Missing AQ UOM - How many items don’t have the correct AQ UOM to cross reference

  • Obsolete Items - The number of items in TRX that cross-reference in AQ, but are marked as Obsolete in TRX

  • Wrong Item Number - Number of Items for the Manufacturer in TRX that don’t have a model number that matches AQ
