You may choose which work orders to display by clicking on the yellow check boxes near the top of the screen. When one of the yellow status check boxes is checked, work orders matching that status are added to the list of work orders displayed. This allows for a flexible group of work orders to be displayed.
You may also view a specific work order by entering the work order number in the Work Order field at the top of the screen and pressing enter. This will cause the screen to only display that work order.

Using the Work Order Inquiry Screen

To view a single work order

  1. Choose Work Order Inquiry from the PRD menu. The Work Order Inquiry will automatically display new work orders that have yet to be released to production.

  2. Enter the number of the work order in the Work Order field.
