Overview
With the TRX Enterprise™ report designer, you can create a financial statement that encompasses an infinite number of columns. We created the print statement batches screen so you can break your reports into concise topical, smaller statements that can be queued together and then printed with one click of the mouse.
Next you will need to open the Print Statement Batches screen.
GL > Financial Statements > Print Statements Batches.

Press the "Add New Record" icon
to create a new batch.
The cursor will move to the next open "Batch Number" field.
Type the name of the Statement Batch.
Describe the statement batch in the Description field.
