Using TRX with Other Browsers - IE tab

This product is not affiliated with SunsoftERP and is not eligible for support. We have these instructions available for Mac users as an alternative to Bootcamp running Windows or Remoting into a Windows machine.

Overview

TRX relies on Java to run, but it is only available through Internet Explorer or Basilisk browser at this point. With Windows 11, Internet Explorer was phased out. We advise users setup Microsoft Edge in IE mode (Guide Here) or Basilisk Browser (Guide Here). We are not able to support IE tab if there are issues, like we can with Edge, as we are not affiliated with them.

Users on Mac have the options to use bootcamp to run Windows, remote into a Windows Machine, or try the IE tab chrome extension. This guide covers setting up IE tab.
