View Open Service Calls

Overview

This screen allows you to easily see and manage open calls. There are criteria dropdowns at the top, and the list of Service Calls are displayed at the bottom.

Criteria Dropdowns

These dropdowns allow you to sort the list of Service Calls.

  • Assigned To - dropdown - Narrows the search down to a certain user. Defaults to All

  • Problem Category - dropdown - Narrows the search down to a specific Category. Defaults to All Categories

  • Customer - dropdown - Narrows the search down to a specific customer. Defaults to All Customers

  • Sort By - dropdown - This sets which Criteria is used to order the Service Calls. Defaults to Call Number

  • Status - dropdown - Narrows the search down to a specific Status. Defaults to All Open Calls

  • Calls Displayed - The number of calls showing give the current Criteria

Open Calls

These are the Service Calls that match the above Criteria.

  • Call Number - Service Call Number, Double-Click to open

  • Customer - Customer name on the Service Call

  • Call Date - The Service Call Date

  • Sched Date - The Scheduled Date on the Service Call

  • Problem - The Problem entered for the Service Call

  • Priority - The Priority on the Service Call

  • Status - The Service Call Status

  • Problem Category - The Problem Category set on the Service Call

  • Assigned To - Who the Service call is Assigned To
