Overview

This screen allows you to remove items that haven’t been used to clear space and speed up performance. It also allows you to assess and mark items as Obsolete.

Open

INV>INV Advanced Tools>Remove/Obsolete Items

Remove Items Mode

This mode allows you to remove items from inventory. By default, the screen will open blank until you select a Mode.

1. Open the Remove/Obsolete Items screen

   1. INV>INV Advanced Tools>Remove/Obsolete Items

2. Select dropdowns and fields to narrow down items

   1. Open

      

3. Set the screen to “Remove Items” mode

   1. Use “Select Mode” drop down

   2. Select “Remove Items”

   3.  

4. Select the items you wish to remove

   1. Check the “Select” box next to the line

   2. Use “Select All” button to select all

5. Deselect any, if selected by mistake

   1. Check the “Deselect” box next to the line

   2. Use “Deselect All” button to deselect all

6. Confirm selection

   1.  

7. Process the Removal

   1. Hit the Lightning Bolt

   2. Hit “Yes” to the prompt

Obsolete Items Mode

This mode allows you to mark items as obsolete in inventory. By default, the screen will open blank until you select a Mode.

1. Open the Remove/Obsolete Items screen

   1. INV>INV Advanced Tools>Remove/Obsolete Items

2. Select dropdowns and fields to narrow down items

3. Set the screen to “Obsolete Items” mode

   1. Use “Select Mode” drop down

   2. Select “Obsolete Items”

   3.  

4. Select the items you wish to mark as Obsolete

   1. Check the “Select” box next to the line

   2. Use “Select All” button to select all

5. Deselect any, if selected by mistake

   1. Check the “Deselect” box next to the line

   2. Use “Deselect All” button to deselect all

6. Confirm selection

7. Process the Removal

   1. Hit the Lightning Bolt

   2. Hit “Yes” to the prompt
