Overview
The AP inquiry menu is a powerful tool that will let you peer into all things payable. The Vendor Account inquiry will give a complete overview of your financial standing with a vendor. You will be able to query on voucher numbers, vendors, voucher types, terms, reference, voucher date, amounts, discount amounts, vendor invoice and vendor invoice date. The Vendor Account Inquiry will also give you a quick aging snap shot and a detailed aging analysis.
