The Operating Manual Index screen is where you configure the Index Report. Here you build and categorize your Index Report by choosing the service agents for manufacturers used in the project material plan. You can also print out the Index and Serial Number report reports from this screen.
Upon entering the screen you will need to choose a project, you can press F9 to search. This view is where you can assign service agents to the manufacturers used in the project.
- Service Agent – This is where you add the PSA number for the service agent who will service the items assigned to the selected manufacturer.
- Add Service Agents – Pressing this button will take you to the screen where you can create or edit existing service agents.
- Sort option – You can choose how to sort the data by pressing the description (Desc) or manufacturer (Mfg.) buttons.
- Print Option –Pressing the "Items" button will take you to the next level of this screen where you can see the items supplied by the selected manufacturer.
- Print Category – You can enter a Print Category here. If any Print Categories are used you will be provided an option to select a specific category to print when printing the Index Report.
- Prt Sw – This checkbox controls whether the item will print on the Index Report. All items will be checked by default.
