The Cancel Picking Ticket screen gives you a means to cancel or delete an unused picking ticket. You may need to do this if you had created a pick ticket that has become obsolete; if you need any items included in that obsolete pick ticket to show up on a new picking ticket then you must either delete or cancel the obsolete picking ticket. You are able also able to delete unused picking tickets in either the Create Pick Ticket or Ship Items from Picking Ticket screen.
Enter the pick ticket number or press F9 for a list. Press the lightning bolt to proceed and TRX will ask if you would prefer to cancel or delete the ticket. If you do not have a need to keep a record of the pick ticket then it is best to just delete it.
