Search Service Calls

This screen allows you to search for Service Calls using various Criteria.

Search tab

  • Call Category - dropdown - Setting a Call Category will only search for that category. Leave blank to search all

  • Problem Category - dropdown - Setting a problem Category will only search for that category. Leave blank to search all

  • Solution Category - dropdown - Setting a Solution Category will only search for that category. Leave blank to search all

  • Customer - Enter a Customer to narrow down to a customer. Leave blank to search all

  • Problem - Enter the Problem to search. Leave blank to search all

  • Solution - Enter the Solution to search. Leave blank to search all

  • Flex Fields - These fields will let you search using the Flex fields

  • Problem/Solution Keyword Search - These fields allow you to get a better search on Problem and Solution fields

    • Dropdown - Set this to And or Or when using multiple fields

  • Start and End Date - These fields allow you to narrow down by date

    • Dropdown - The dropdown allows you to select a range quickly

  • Search - button - Search button will execute the search, bringing you to the Results tab

Results tab

The Results tab displays the Calls that match the search criteria. There is a header and detail selection. The detail will load based on which call is selected in the header.

Header

The header displays the Calls. Clicking on one will select it, and load the detail for the Call.

  • Calls Found - The number of calls in your search

  • Call # - The number of the Service Call. Double click to open the Call

  • Call Date - The date of the service call

  • Problem - The problem for the Service Call

Detail

The detail section is populated based on which call is selected in the header.

  • Solution - The solution of the Service Call selected in the header

  • Call Category - The Call Category of the Service Call selected in the header

  • Problem Category - The Problem Category of the Service Call selected in the header

  • Solution Category - The Solution Category of the Service Call selected in the header

  • Flex Fields - The flex fields of the Service Call selected in the header
