Overview
The Service Agents screen is where you can add information pertaining to any service agents that are used for manufactures in the project module. Service agents are assigned to specific manufacturers for each project in the P/A> Projects > Operating Manual Index screen. The service agents assigned to the manufacturer show in the Project Coordinator screen and the Operating Manual Index report.
To view details pertaining to existing service agents double click on the PSA number. You can add a new Service Agent by clicking the green + button in the toolbar when your mouse is in the "Company" field. TRX will automatically assign Agent # when you have entered all contact information for that Service Agent. If you wish to create a service agent from a vendor contact press the "Use Vendor Contact" button for a list of vendor contacts. You can renumber your service agents if needed by pressing the "Renumber by Alpha" button.
