Overview

This option will allow an organization with multiple companies to duplicate the Chart of Accounts from one company to the next. This cuts down data entry time. It will automatically duplicate the segments, sub-accounts and categories and the Chart of Accounts.

Detail

1. Select the company that you would like to copy chart to, from the drop down menu.

2. Click on the Replace Current Chart check box if you want to replace the old chart with one from the new company.

3. Press the Copy Chart Button.

4. You will be given a warning signal that you are about to override the chart.

5. Click "Yes" if you are sure you are ready to continue.
