Group Access

Overview

From an Enterprise Managers point of view one of the most important screens that you are going to use is the group access screen. Once you have set up your users and assigned them to user groups you will need to assign which screens the users will be able to access. You can control every screen and report that a user group can see or access.

Upon entering the screen you will see a pull down box that will determine which groups you are assigning access to.

  1. Pull down a menu and establish a group that you will be editing.

Each of the tabs on this screen corresponds to a TRX Module menu. Choose the module you would like to set privileges' for.

  • Note: by checking or un-checking the box by the large tab heading you will uncheck/check all menu's on the screen

The yellow headings represent a menu item and the white are a submenu. By checking the yellow box you will check all the submenu is that go with it.

     2. Check all screens and reports that users group should have access to.
