Overview

In our Design Financial Statement screen, you can create very detailed and complex income statements that contain period and year comparisons complete with variances. This is not always needed, so we have a pre-canned report available to you in the financial statement menu that will create a basic P&L statement for you.

Detail

• Enter the Start and End Date.

• If you are doing a comparison you will need to enter a second Start and End Date.

• If doing a comparison, you will need to select a Difference Column.

• None – no comparison

• Percentage Change – comparison expressed in %

• Difference – comparison expressed in difference
