Overview

For those users that are not accustomed to using accounting general ledger numbers to indicate what functions are being carried out, an EEC option is available. The print Easy Entry Code option prints out a listing of all easy entry codes that have been created in the Chart of Accounts Maintenance screen as a cross reference. 

Detail

• Select the Starting and Ending G/L Account as defined in GL Setup.

• Select the Starting and Ending Sub account as defined in GL setup.

• If applicable, repeat for all segments.

• Press the printer button to run the report.

• The Easy Entry Code Report will appear on the screen.

• Press the print button for the hard copy.

Note: The F9 button will pull up a list of values or you can leave the fields blank if you would like to print everything.
