Overview

The Invoice Export can export a custom selection of invoices. Exports are saved as Templates.

Header

• Template Name - Name of the Template. Hit F9 to pull up an existing one

• Header Record - This checkbox will set if there is a header record or not.

• Description - Description for the Template

• File Name - Name of the file. This will include the file path. Use ‘Browse’ button to select

• Browse - This button will select the File name. Select the path and entered the name of the file

Using Exported .TXT in Excel

The export will generate as a tab delimited .txt file. You can open in Excel by dragging the file into an open Excel window.
