Problem

Microsoft Edge has had a unique issue where the main TRX tab would be killed when a large report is generated. If the below fix doesn’t resolve the issue, try using the Basilisk Browser: Guide Here

Solution

Turn off the Sleeping Tab feature in Microsoft Edge.

Step-by-Step

1. Go into Settings

   1. Click 3 dots on the top right side of the screen

   2. Click on Settings

   3. Open

      

       

2. Go to the System and Performance settings

   1. Click on “System and Performance” on the left

3. Turn off Sleeping Tabs

   1. Scroll down to “Save resources with sleeping tabs”

   2. Disable
