TRX Java version Issue

Problem
Cannot Access TRX. When they use the link, the screen just comes up blank, or white saying cannot connect
Get error trying to access files saved to Document Management - Cannot reach file
Screen goes Black when printing
Solutions
Start with installing the latest version of Java. There are some issues with Microsoft Edge that require installing two version of Java at once, so we do recommend using the Basillisk Browser to run TRX instead.
Install the Latest Version of Java
Download and install the latest version of Java, using the link below. If latest isn’t working, downgrade to the version before.

Install Old Version and the Latest (Edge only issue)
If the latest version is installed, but the screen is turning black when they run a report/process; or the screen only loads a white screen without TRX, then install this older version and the latest at the same time.
This will get it to run, but we recommend using Basilisk Browser instead. Click Here for Guide.
Step-by-Step
Install Older version of Java: JavaSetup8u271.exe
Install the latest, without uninstalling the older version: https://www.java.com/en/
When you login next, you will need to follow the First Time Login Setup guide
Revert Java to the older version
If the latest version isn’t working with an older version, then you will need to downgrade the latest version.
Step-by-Step
Open the Java control panel by clicking the button at the bottom left of the taskbar, in Windows 10 it looks like this:
Scroll down to java and click the folder then click on Configure Java as in the picture below.
Once the Java control Panel opens, click the update tab and in the picture below.
Uncheck the ‘Check for Updates Automatically’ so the Java will not ask to be updated.
If your current version isn’t working, Download the latest
If you are on the latest and it isn’t working, uninstall that version and download the previous version
