Overview

The Customers with No Sale is a bit of a misnomer, what this report really is a great comparison tool for period-to-period sales for customer.  The periods in this report are variable and under your control and they will be compared to each other on a percentage basis. You set the parameters that will display from a wide variety of choices.

Detail

  • Starting/Ending Customers - Choose a range of customers to be included in this report. 

  • Period 1 – these are the starting and ending dates of the first comparison period

  • Period 2 – Starting and ending dates of the second comparison period

  • Print Customers where – these are a series of parameters to define when a customer should show on your report:

    • All Customers – this will print any customer that falls within your starting and ending customer range.

    • Period 1 is greater than Period 2 – Only customers who had a drop in sales will be reported

    • Period 1 is less than Period 2 – Only customers who had an increase in sales will be reported

    • Period 1 is a percentage less than period 2 – customers that registered a drop by a defined percentage or more will display

    • Period 1 is a percentage greater than Period 2 – Customer that measured an increase in sales by a defined percentage or more will display

    • Period 1 …- If a customer has had any sales in period one they will display

    • Period 2…- If a customer has any sales in the second defined period they will display on the report.

    • Percentage… - Any customer with a measurable change in sales will display (this will eliminate all customers with zero sales in both periods).

  • Sort By – how the customers will be sorted ( P1, P2, Customer name, Percentage change)
