Prerequisites

1. The Printer drivers should already be installed on the machine that is printing

2. The User should be able to access the printer in Windows before starting

   1. Consult internal IT if this hasn’t been done

TRX Setups and Printing

Default Setup

1. Set a default under INV>INV Special Functions>INV Setup, under the Defaults tab

   1. Use dropdown next to “Item Label Printer” field

   2. Save and exit to set your default.

2. Open

   

   List is loaded based on Prerequisites

Printing Labels

1. Under INV>Reports>Item Labels, select your format using the radio buttons

2. Use the fields to narrow down your labels and hit continue.

      Format is selected with the Radio Button

3. On this screen, the label printer will come in based on your default, or you can use the dropdown to select the print. Hit the lightning bolt to print the labels.
