Overview

The PO Transfer screen allows you to transfer the Project tie from one Project to another. The Item needs to have the same quantity on both Projects.

Transfer PO’s

1. Open the PO Transfer screen

   1. PUR>PO Transfer

2. Enter the PO you want to Transfer

3. Enter the Destination Project

4. Select your Source Line Item

   1. Click on line

   2. Will highlight Yellow when selected

5. Select your Matching Destination Items

   1. This is the project line to Transfer to

   2. Hit “Transfer Ties” button

6. Repeat Steps 4 + 5 for all items you need to transfer

7. Process the Transfer

   1. Hit Lightning Bolt
