Overview

There are many manual processes that we have automated for the TRX Enterprise ™ user; an example of one of those processes would be the reverse voucher screen. The actual reverse voucher process is to cancel a check then create a credit voucher that is the opposite of the voucher. Process that voucher. Then create a zero dollar quick check that is written against both the voucher and credit voucher to cancel them out. The reverse voucher screen will wrap all those processes up into one neat little transaction. 

Detail

Simply enter the voucher that you would like to reverse, all voucher information will populate into the screen, and press the lightning bolt. TRX will handle the check voiding, creation of the credit memo and zero dollar check in the background eliminating steps and saving time.

Note: You cannot use this screen to reverse vouchers with PO Line types on them.
