Overview

TRX Manuals can be accessed through the Help Menu (HELP>Online Manuals), but if you are using Microsoft Edge in IE Mode (which is recommended), our manuals are not able to load. You will need to exit IE mode on the page to see it.

Turn Off IE Mode

Once we open the manual, we just need to turn off IE mode to view it.

  1. Open the manual

    1. HELP>Online Manuals

  2. Hit one of the Open in Microsoft Edge buttons

    1. Blue button on the banner

    2. IE mode button next to the web address
