Changing the default program for PDFs to stop the PDF crashing issue.

  1. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from https://get2.adobe.com/reader/

    1. If you have it, skip this step

  2. Once it downloads, install it

  3. In Internet Explorer, Select Internet Options

  4. Under the Programs tab, click the ‘Set Programs’ button

  5. Scroll down and click on the text 'Choose default apps by file type’

  6. Scroll down to find the .pdf file type, and change the program to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
