Unlock User Account

If a user fails to login, after too many attempts, the account will be locked. To unlock, someone with the permissions will need to:

1. Go to the DBA Admin screen

   1. SYS>DBA Admin

2. Under the SYS tab, hit F9 on the “Unlock Users” field

   1. Locked Users will appear here

3. Select your user and hit OK

The user is now unlocked, and their password is now “trx” (without quotes). TRX will have them reset their password on the next login.
