Clear Stuck Check Run

Problem

If a check run was partially run, but TRX gets reset, the check run can become stuck in the system. This will prevent you from entering a Quick.

Open

Solution

Clear the Check run.

1. Go to Print Checks screen A/P>Check Runs>Print Checks

2. Double click on your company name

3. Hit yes on the prompt
